Work by our team

One hinge each. The numbers after.

Some of our team's work. We leave client names out.

Specialty clinic chain

30% less ad spend. Almost 40% more leads. In month one.

A clinic chain with 150 locations in three countries. Its best day ever had come from a deep-discount Black Friday sale.

The hinge: the landing pages. We rebuilt their layout, words, and speed. More of the same visitors became leads.

  • Month one: ad spend down 30%, leads up almost 40%.
  • A landing page test showed a 72% lift.
  • The all-time one-day record fell on an ordinary Tuesday.
  • Campaigns later scaled, profitably, to $1.5M a month.

Also changed: cleaner data for the ad platforms to learn from, bidding matched to each campaign's job, and a reorganized account.

Direct-to-consumer footwear brand

From launch to a private equity sale.

We launched and ran the brand's search and shopping ads. The brand grew to $50M in revenue. Then a private equity group bought it.

The hinge: structure. We rebuilt the ad account and organized the product catalog on purpose, so money went behind the products that earn it.

  • During its biggest sale, the brand booked two $1M revenue days back to back.
  • That one sale brought in $9M.
A B2B newsletter we own

Cost per lead from $20 to $3.

We run our own newsletter for business owners. It is our lab, and it runs on our own money.

The hinge: the angle. Tuning took the cost from $20 to $8. A new angle alone took it from $8 to $3.

  • Start: about $20 per lead.
  • We tuned the Meta ads: about $12.
  • We built our own audiences from business data: $8.
  • We tested new angles on a simulated panel of buyers before spending a dollar. The winner took it to $3.
  • These are business owners, not consumers.
Regional tree service

We grew leads until marketing stopped being the limit.

We scaled their lead flow. Now the limit is hiring crews fast enough to handle the work. So they handed us all of their marketing.

The hinge: the limit moved from marketing to capacity. We saw it, and said so.

  • Four months: about $86K in tracked job revenue from about $10.6K in ad spend. About $8 back for every $1.
  • One month alone: about $38K from about $1.6K in spend.
  • The company ran 14 sales visits in two days, against a usual 8.
  • Best month of the partnership: almost double the month before.
Home services company, turned around

About $55K in ads. About $700K in revenue.

Over three months, the client reported about $700K in revenue from about $55K in ad spend. That is roughly $13 back for every $1.

The hinge: we fed real sales back into the ad platforms, so they chased people who buy, not just people who fill in a form.

Home services company, turned around

From a $200K month to a $550K month.

Its normal month was about $200K in revenue. Its best month ever passed $550K.

The hinge: we fed real sales back into the ad platforms, so they chased people who buy, not just people who fill in a form.

Insurance agency selling to seniors

Cost per lead cut by more than half, outside the busy season.

The agency sells Medicare plans. Most people shop for these during open enrollment, a few weeks each fall. Outside that window, each lead cost $25 or more. At one point it hit $80.

The hinge: creative testing. We tested a large number of YouTube video ads aimed at people who can buy any time of year.

  • Cost per lead fell to about $12.
Home-buying company in several US metros

Search ran out. Leads doubled anyway.

They were already buying all the search traffic in their target cities. More budget could not buy more searches.

The hinge: the limit was how many people search, not how much we bid. So we added a channel that does not depend on search: YouTube ads shown on TV screens.

  • Leads doubled, at about the same cost per lead and lead quality.
Online printing company

Stabilize first. Then scale. Then a sale.

Their ads on Google, Bing, and across the web were unstable. We stabilized them, then scaled them. A private equity group bought the company. Our team still works with them.

The hinge: structure. We rebuilt the ad account and organized the product catalog on purpose, so money went behind the products that earn it.

  • Revenue up 16% for 2025. Some months were up almost 30% over the year before.
  • Record months came in with ad cost under 27% of revenue.
